SEN CERAMIC WORKS

We’re producing and selling traditional Japanese ceramic ware in Higashi word, Fukuoka City, Japan. Also we’re teaching and opening ceramic classroom and trial experience.

We made new wood-fired kiln and opening factory in April 2023.

We’re producing standard but nostalgic “modern” progressive pottery ceramics by traditional Japanese techniques.

And “Hang out with Clays” is our pottery classroom theme.

We’re working at renovated traditional Japanese house having wooden comfort and warmth.

Colored by wood-fired kiln and natural wooden glazed ceramics… We’re producing shiny raster colored southern barbarians ceramics.

  I really had a special time with people in Portland Pottery. Everyone is so nice, wonderful and cooperative!I really appreciated to let me being a part of Portland Pottery.   Wood Kiln Firing in 2024 March 21th, 22th
  We were eager to fire wood kiln and have started to work on clay. So the moment when we put fire to kiln is so special.When our pottery come out from kiln, it is breathtaking and lost word.Now we prepare for next firing in fall.
